C&rsquo;est le passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;hiver, et l&rsquo;on \u00ab gagne \u00bb une heure de sommeil.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e8gle est la m\u00eame dans toute l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne depuis la directive 2000\/84\/CE : on passe \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 le dernier dimanche de mars, et l&rsquo;on revient \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;hiver le dernier dimanche d&rsquo;octobre. Concr\u00e8tement :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;hiver<\/strong> (octobre) : on recule d&rsquo;une heure, on dort une heure de plus, le soleil se couche plus t\u00f4t le soir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Passage \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> (mars) : on avance d&rsquo;une heure, on dort une heure de moins, les soir\u00e9es rallongent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les smartphones, ordinateurs et box se mettent \u00e0 jour tout seuls. Restent \u00e0 r\u00e9gler \u00e0 la main : le four, la voiture, les montres m\u00e9caniques et les horloges murales.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui change d&rsquo;heure, qui ne change pas ?<\/h2>\n<p>Tous les pays de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne changent d&rsquo;heure aux m\u00eames dates, ainsi que le Royaume-Uni (qui passe du GMT au British Summer Time les m\u00eames nuits). En revanche, l&rsquo;outre-mer fran\u00e7ais ne change pas d&rsquo;heure, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, qui suit le rythme nord-am\u00e9ricain. Dans le monde, moins d&rsquo;un pays sur trois pratique encore l&rsquo;heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 : la Chine, l&rsquo;Inde, le Japon ou la Russie vivent \u00e0 heure fixe toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<details>\n<summary>Est-ce la derni\u00e8re fois que l&rsquo;on change d&rsquo;heure ?<\/summary>\n<p>Non. La suppression du changement d&rsquo;heure a bien \u00e9t\u00e9 vot\u00e9e par le Parlement europ\u00e9en en 2019, mais le dossier est bloqu\u00e9 depuis au Conseil de l&rsquo;UE. Tant qu&rsquo;aucun accord n&rsquo;est trouv\u00e9, on continue de changer d&rsquo;heure deux fois par an.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>\u00c0 quelle heure exacte change-t-on d&rsquo;heure ?<\/summary>\n<p>Toujours en fin de nuit : \u00e0 3 h du matin (heure d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9) il devient 2 h en octobre ; \u00e0 2 h du matin il devient 3 h en mars. Ce cr\u00e9neau a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi parce que c&rsquo;est le moment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 (trains, usines, commerces) est la plus faible.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Le changement d&rsquo;heure tombe-t-il toujours un dimanche ?<\/summary>\n<p>Oui, par construction : la directive europ\u00e9enne fixe le changement au dernier dimanche de mars et au dernier dimanche d&rsquo;octobre. La date exacte varie donc chaque ann\u00e9e entre le 25 et le 31 pour octobre, et entre le 25 et le 31 pour mars.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Le Maroc change-t-il d&rsquo;heure aussi ?<\/summary>\n<p>Le Maroc vit \u00e0 GMT+1 toute l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e depuis 2018, mais recule d&rsquo;une heure pendant le mois de ramadan, avant de revenir \u00e0 GMT+1 ensuite.
